The British Primary School of Wilanow is the junior section of a new British-run, British-curriculum school in Warsaw. Opened in 2015, in the upscale suburb of Wilanow, the school offers an exciting, independent option for 2-18 international schooling.
The school is located perfectly: nestled within a modern, safe and sophisticated community, yet looking outward across the fields and woods of the Polish countryside. And the education it offers takes full advantage of both.
Fully accredited by the Polish Kuratorium, and already planning its first inspection under the UK government's British Schools Overseas rubric, the school is currently open to UK Year 5. The Secondary School is under construction and will eventually provide accommodation up to age 18 and, it is intended, the IB Diploma.
For internationally mobile families, access to the best educational opportunities is a major concern. BSW offers the highest standards, ready transferability and a focus on the individual child that encourages the development of academic, creative and sporting abilities, personal motivation, independence, strength of character and depth of critical thinking.
