Warszawski Sznyt
On 1 March, a new restaurant was opened in the Old Town in Warsaw at 2 Senatorska Street. Actually, Warszawski Sznyt consists of two restaurants with an open kitchen on two levels. Both restaurants are arranged in a casual, friendly and elegant style. The ground floor has a more casual character. When it comes to cuisine, it is dominated by meat dishes prepared on an oak-fired grill. There is a wide range of steaks (including Hereford breed beef), fish, seafood and a diverse breakfast menu served from 8 a.m. You can enjoy some meat of excellent quality and world cuisine dishes, such as oysters served with a glass of wine.or ceviche of tuna. Displayed closets with seasoned beef are with out a doubt an amazing attraction. The first floor is characterised by a rather more elegant atmosphere. Here, tourists as well as individual customers can enjoy dishes of the fine-dining cuisine. You will experience the spirit of pre-war Warsaw, and your palate will be pleased with Polish cuisine in new style. The menu includes deer tartare with caramelized sunflower, glands of veal served on a millet cake and smoked duck breast with marinated mushrooms, among other things. There is no doubts that the local chefs constitute the core of the restaurant: Rafał Zaręba (worked at Atelier Amaro, completed a prestigious training in French cuisine, former chef at Cafe Bar Lemon) with his sous chef Michał Węcławek (who primarily trained alongside Martin Gimanez working in the restaurant Salto and also participant of numerous culinary competitions, including the prestigious Bocuse D’or. Both chefs have extensive expierience enriched culinary inventiveness.Warszawski Sznyt is a friendly place open to anyone. Check out the new address, it is really worth it!
