New Year’s Eve 2014− how to welcome the New Year? Christmas is right behind the corner, and right after it we are celebrating the new year. This year, the municipal New Year’s Eve party is once again taking place right next to the National Stadium. Concerts of the best foreign and Polish starts, amazing fireworks, cheerful atmosphere of common celebration, and many other attractions – for such a dose of emotions head for the common of the National Stadium! Theatres in Warsaw are preparing something unique for this one of a kind night.
Teatr Polski is staging that day “Zemsta”, directed by Krzysztof Jasiński. Afterwards, guests are invited for a glass of champagne and small gifts at midnight!
A night in Teatr Kamienica is going to have similar style. Two plays to choose from are going to be staged: a monodrama by Justyna Sieńczyłło, “Mój Dzikus”, or a farce “ZUS czyli Zalotny Uśmiech Słownia”. But it is not all the fun! After the plays, a ball, for which additional tickets can be bought, is taking place: you can be sure that there will be great food and a DJ, who will take care of a swinging atmosphere.
In the Palace of Culture and Science, Wielka Gala Sylwestrowa: Przeboje Świata [the Great New Year’s Eve Gala: World Hits] is taking place. The fun there is going to be all about singing and listening to beautiful operatic arias, operettas as well as other songs. Of course, a glass of champagne at midnight is guaranteed!
