The Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów has recently released a unique cookbook: “Old Polish recipes from the 16th–18th century. Handwritten sources” (Staropolskie przepisy kulinarne. Receptury rozproszone z XVI-XVIII w. Źródła rękopiśmienne). The book was edited by: Jarosław Dumanowski, Dorota Dias-Lewandowska and Marta Sikorska. You’ll have a chance to meet and talk to them. In addition, Paweł Nowicki, the Wilanów chef, will prepare a reenactment and dish tasting.
