BALKAN BREAKFAST AT BANJALUKA
The oldest Balkan restaurant has added a breakfast menu to its offer. We are talking about Banjaluka – most people associate it with Puławska Street, but for some time now it has been located in the very centre of the capital (2/4 Szkolna Street).
Banjaluka joined AIOLI Cantine, AIOLI inspired by MINI and MOMU, which also offer delicious breakfast to their customers.
Everything follow the same procedure – aromatic coffee and healthy breakfast for only PLN 1!
Having returned from Belgradu, the local chef, Olaf Michalczyk, created a menu inspired by his journey. There is a little something for everyone. Meat-eaters can enjoy delicious omelettes with lukanka salami or shakshuka with spicy sausage and poached eggs.
Banjaluka’s breakfast menu is extremely diverse. It contains 3 VEGE options, including: Greek yoghurt with honey, dried fruit, nuts and sweet bread with cinnamon butter, green shakshuka with green bell pepper, smoked sirene and poached eggs, and Balkan omelette with vegetables.
If you care about starting your day well or want to have a nice chat with the likeable chef – Olaf, Banjaluka must be included in your daily agenda.
