Jazzarium World Stage – Łukasz Górewicz Special Project
Łukasz Górewicz combines various passions and skills. He’s a classical and avant-garde violinist, composer, occasional conductor and finalist of the 1st International Zbigniew Seifert Jazz Violin Competition in Krakow. What’s more, he’s composed music and conducted an orchestra during the Freedom Symphony (30th anniversary of Solidarność), written “Dzieci Przełomu”, a song commemorating soldiers who died during military missions under the patronage of the President of Poland, and the 1st 3D mapping in Poland with live music. Górewicz writes theatre and film music and has cooperated with many well-known artists as a session musician, including: Tymon Tymański, Katarzyna Nosowska, Marcin Macuk, Tomasz Gwincinski, Ecstasy Project, Baltic Neopolis Orchestra (Quartet), Maestro Trytony, Oczi Cziorne, Marek Dyjak, Sobota. In 2015, he released his solo album: “The String of horizons”.
