The upcoming edition of Foodstock, an alternative culinary festival, is going to be devoted to the queen of Polish cuisine – namely SOUP. Soup has accompanied Polish cuisine for centuries and it is difficult to imagine everyday Polish cuisine without a plate of hot aromatic soup, such as broth. During this edition of Foodstock, each exhibitor will have to prepare at least one soup – participants of the festival will have a chance to assess every soup and vote to find a winner. Apart from soups, any menu is allowed – you can expect delicious appetisers, main coursers, and fantastic desserts.
