On 8 October, the Finnish band Apocalyptica are going to perform once more in Kraków. The concert in Hala Wisły is a part of the tour promoting the band’s latest album.
“Shadowmaker” is their first album which was recorded entirely in cooperation with singer Franky Perez. Apocalyptica’s eight album brings the best out the musicians – heavy metal sounds in a symphony setting. Despite Perez’s vocals on the record, the album does not lack characteristic instrumental tracks. Reviewers and fans of the band claim that such artists as Alice in Chains and Alterbridge served as inspiration for “Shadowmaker”.
