Magnolia Park- Shopping Centre

Magnolia Park is the largest shopping, entertainment and leisure centre in the Lower Silesia. Its total surface area is 100,000 m2. In total, the centre contains over 260 stores, cafes, restaurants and service points. Mobile visitors have 3,500 free parking spaces at their disposal.

The list of well-known Polish and international brands that are present in Magnolia Park includes: Bershka, C&A, Decathlon, Denon, ECCO, H&M, Home&You, InterSport, KappAhl, New Yorker, Oysho, Peek&Cloppenburg, Pierre Cardin, Promod, Pull&Bear, RESERVED, Media Markt, Stradivarius, TK Maxx, TOUS, W. Kruk, Zara. The “health and beauty” offer is represented by Super-Pharm, Rossmann, Douglas, Sephora, Inglot and Mac. The centre is also a trendsetter– the following brands opened their first stores in Lower Silesia in Magnolia Park: Crocs, Decimas, LC Waikiki, The North Face, Samsung Brand Store and Superdry. The entertainment and leisure offer consists of Helios, a cinema with 7 halls, Labibu, a playroom for kids, and Champion Team, the largest dance centre in Lower Silesia. Furthermore, customers can go shopping to Castorama DIY store and Komfort store. Additionally, Magnolia Park has its own medical facility – visitors can see a general practitioner as well as specialists, e.g. a dentist or an aesthetic medicine doctor.

To wrap things up, there are 30 restaurants and cafes. There are over 1,600 seats at visitors’ disposal in the food court, half of which are located in restaurants with waiter service. Magnolia Park is constantly developing by adding new brands, stores, service points, boutiques and restaurants. It’s the first shopping centre in the area to introduced permanent personal shopping service free of charge. You can go shopping accompanied by a stylist. Additionally, visitors can purchase a gift card – a prepaid electronic card that allows its holder to do the shopping in all stores and service points in the shopping centre.
