This year, the Five Flavours Festival celebrates its 10 th anniversary. For this occasion, one of pioneer publishing houses presents a book by Jagoda Murczyńska – “ Silent Explosion. New Cinema of East and Southeast Asia”.
A round anniversary is a perfect opportunity to reflect on wealth of East and Southeast Asia when it comes to cinema and pop culture.
The book includes 12 interesting essays, which describe the most fascinating trends in pop and niche cinema.
