Warszawski Sen by Mateusz Gessler
Warszawski Sen by Mateusz Gessler
This unique place was designed to make us feel like on a unusual journey right from the start. The owners of the restaurant made sure that our perception is sharpened to allow us to experience something cohesive and aesthetic.
The unique atmosphere of Warszawski Senis created, among other things, by its interior, designed by the sculptor Tomasz Górnicki, who represents the young generation of Polish art. The artist has created a cohesive composition dominated by dynamic geometry. Such a design symbolises change and history. A figure of a rising angel reflects the resurgent hope and life.
The restaurant offers original Polish cuisine based Robert Kandziela’s and Mateusz Gessler’s recipes. Local cooks serve traditional Polish flavours in a modern version. Neither cold snacks nor hot dishes prepared in an oven will disappoint you. Among a wide range of dishes there’s a little something for everyone. You can choose, for instance, from: Guinea fowl breast on chanterelles with grape sauce, beef Wellington with foie gras, black garlic and roasted honey jelly. As for soups, we recommend: Crayfish cream with crayfish foam. The menu includes also various delicious desserts and different wines, which will make the food even more delicious.
In Warszawski Sen, where sensual pleasure combines with an aesthetic feast, music plays an important role. Here, various interesting artists from Warsaw give regular concerts.
