Raj w Niebie

This is an impressive spot in the very centre of Warsaw full of exotic plants and pleasant aroma of Hawaiian food. Raj w Niebie is the first restaurant in Poland specialising in Hawaiian cuisine and serving poke bowls. Enthusiasts of new flavours will find here some uncharted territories.

First of all, paradisiacal food. The Hawaiian cuisine, which is the main inspiration for the menu, is a true mosaic of flavours and influences of various culinary traditions – mainly American and Japanese. The dominant ingredients are seafood, fish, rice, vegetables, exotic fruit, spam and Asian spices.

The food is colourful, healthy and fresh!

The menu includes numerous unique dishes – such as loco moco (grilled beef burger served with fried egg, rice, sauce based on miso and soy sauce), spam musubi (spam, which is beloved by the islanders, omelet and rice wrapped in nori, served with mayonnaise-based sriracha) and one of the latest culinary trends – poke bowl!

Poke is a classic Hawaiian dish made of raw marinated fish. It is served in a bowl with fresh fruit and vegetables, aromatic spices and warm rice. One may say that this dish is like a disassembled sushi. There is a lot of variations of this delicacy – the menu features classic bowls with tuna and salmon as well as tofu or chicken.

What is more, the menu includes soups, desserts, vegetarian dishes as well as a large breakfast section, available all day long! When it comes to drinks, they are equally encouraging.

To reach Raj, you have to go through NIEBO – a venue in the city centre with several impressive rooms under one huge roof. This is the place when it comes to night life – a concert room, venue of artistic events and delicious cuisine!

Raj is full of wild plants and exotic animals casting a furtive glance from illustrations made by Kasia Łubińska. Those who favour minimalism may sit in another room dominated by soothing sky blue.
