Jan Fejkiel Gallery
Jan Fejkiel Gallery, established in 1991, is a gallery of modern graphic arts and drawing. Located near to the Main Square, at Sławkowska Street, it is an important spot on the artistic map of Kraków.
Exhibitions of the gallery are related to presenting modern art, promoting contemporary graphic artists and designers, as well as bringing pieces of art on customer’s request. The gallery also carries out business activity, which complies with the idea of expanding artistic awareness and promoting young artists.
The gallery has got the biggest collection of contemporary drawings in Poland, including pieces by such artists as Marta Bożyk, Agnieszka Dobosz, Ewelina Małysa, Małgorzata Malwina Niespodziewana, Henryk Ożóg, Jerzy Panek, Wiesław Skibiński, Anna Sobol-Wejman, Stanisław Wejman.
Moreover, Jan Fejkiel Gallery is involved in editorial activity by participating in publishing catalogues, albums, and studies Among the publications of the gallery, such items as Dante Jerzego Panka, Polska grafika lat dziewięćdziesiątych (Polish graphic arts of the ‘90s) and Graficy polscy – poeci franscuscy (Polish graphic artists – French poets).
