The daily lunch menu is based on seasonal vegetables and fruit, contains various dishes of traditional, vegetarian as well as vegan cuisine. When making the dishes, the local chef likes to return to forgotten Polish vegetables and fruit in order to allow the guests to discover old flavours once more.
