It has been a tradition that before Christmas the centre of Wrocław is illuminated with thousands of lights reminding us about the upcoming holiday. All December long, a Christmas market is held on the Town Square, where you can drink some hot mulled wine, buy some gifts for relatives and friends, taste traditional Christmas dishes from various parts of the world. Children can spend some fine time in a separate specially designed zone, meet Santa or learn the most popular carols together. The biggest attraction is the impressive Christmas tree, whose lighting is eagerly anticipated by the entire city.
