Mazovia Region Centre of Culture and Arts

This regional institution was established by voivodeship’s self-government of Mazovia when a new voivodeship was founded in 1999. It gathered smaller administrative units and their cultural activities. Currently, it deals with broadly defined artistic activity by consistently promoting culture and arts of Mazovia.

Mazovia Region Centre of Culture and Arts is an exhibition area and many various projects concerning different topics and scopes. It promotes and supports young artists, organises competitions and is a publishing house as well as an educational institution on a large scale. It is worth coming to the Centre when sightseeing in Warsaw to benefit from its rich cultural offer – from a theatre through a cinema and literature to music events. Its area consists of large auditoriums, a library and smaller rooms designed for various cultural events.
