Tomo Sushu is a restaurant which stands out among competition with its clear, characteristic style.
The interior is made of wood and stone of the highest quality. What is more, it is decorated with hand-made ceramics. Its colours and a discrete lighting create an extremely soothing atmosphere. The restaurant offers the widest range of sushi in the whole country. Apart from traditional sushi, you can also order: starters, soups, pastas, salads, tempuras, Tomo Sashimi, classic Sashimi, desserts and of course beverages, including green tea at the head. All dishes originate from typical Japanese cuisine.
A main course in Tomo Sushi costs 50-100 zlotys. The menu offers dishes such as batayaki salmon with Maui salsa and grilled fruit, kabayaki sea eel or steak with chanterelles and wasabi pepper sauce. All salads in the restaurant include rice vinegar, which helps washing away toxins and melting fats in the body. For starters, tuna tartar with sturgeon caviar or ponzu maguro tataki are recommended.
Tomo Sushi offers very interesting desserts: green tea or sesame ice cream, basil sorbet and traditional Japanese cookies. You can also drink some genuine Japanese teas such as Hojicha, Sencha or Silver Genmaicha.
