Fusion cuisine is about combining traditional flavours from different parts of the world and arranging them in a new, coherent whole. Nowadays, it is a universal offer for enthusiasts of travels, especially the culinary ones. The Theatro restaurant is a true, post-modernist puzzle ‒ fusion cuisine is a great foundation. The modern interior, based on simple forms, corresponds with natural stones, wood and Asian decorative elements. Theatro is located in the city centre so the prices are not the lowest but you will not have to pay more than 60 zlotys for a meal. Salads with duck or pikeperch are worth trying. They are served with a surprising company. You really have to taste a dessert of a graceful name ‒ Financiere parisienne. It is a true essence of sweetness in fusion version.
