Organised since 1992, Warsaw Summer Jazz Days Festival gathers all the best that jazz has to offer. The aim of the festival is still unchangeable, to promote modern jazz. Such stars as Marcus Miller, John McLaughlin, Chick Corea, Pat Metheny, Bobby McFerrin and Branford Marsalis have performed so far and this year’s edition won’t be worse when it comes to the artists invited. This year all concerts take place in Soho Factory and the whole event starts on 10th with concert of Nik Bärtsch's Ronin, Gerald Clayton Trio and “Now This” Gary Peacock, Marc Copland, Joey Baron project. Other days of the festival will bring concerts of Dave Holland, Liberty Ellman Quintet or Joey DeFrancesco Trio. The best comes at the end, the great Gregory Porter Band.
