Walt Disney – Fantasy

The premiere of famous movie spectacle from 1940 – “Fantasy”, is going to take place on 1st June in Congress Hall. The event belongs to the whole cycle called “Magical Concerts” which gathers whole families listening to classical music together. It was Walt Disney who first joined classical music with pictures and now you will have a chance to listen to wonderful compositions of Beethoven, Bach and Tchaikovsky presented together with famous, cartoon scenes. On the cinema screen you will see animations displayed to the most famous compositions of classical music, performed by Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra with the accompaniment of Warsaw University of Technology Academic Choir. In concert agenda you will find “Ave Maria” by Franz Schubert, Symphony No. VI "Pastoral" by Ludwig van Beethoven and famous “The Nutcracker” by Piotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
