THE ROYAL GARDEN OF LIGHT
The Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów invites everyone to attend the outdoor exhibition “The Royal Garden of Light” in the Wilanów Garden. It will include a brand new element – The Musical Garden of Dreams – which combines light with classical music. Visit the park after dark to feel like at a royal court. The path to the palace leads through a 75-metre long illuminated tunnel, with J.S Bach’s and J. Strauss II’s music in the background. On your way there, you can admire the illuminated pergola. In the northern garden, although it’s autumn, you’ll find orange trees blooming with light. In the lower terrace, you will find the Musical Garden of Dreams. The light changes colours and shapes according to Vivaldi’s “Four Seasons” and Tchaikovsky’s “The Nutcracker”.
You can also count mappings – three dimensional images displayed on the facade of the palace (from Friday to Sunday). The exhibition will illuminate the Wilanów Garden until 24 February 2019
