Interesting workshops by Cook Up school that will take you to hot and exotic Mexico. Take part in cooking classes with Isabel Balderas, Mexican instructor. During four hours of intensive cooking you will learn something about Mexican cuisine and its culture. What's in the menu? You will cook pozole, tamales verdes, enchiladas chipotle, pan de muerto and atole. You probably have no idea what it means but that's what the workshops are for. Probably the nicest part comes after when all the students sit together and try what they have cooked. If you are not a real masterchef in kitchen it's time to change it.
