Two gifted girlsbands from Warsaw are going to perform on 19 June in Towarzyska coffee club bar – Dog Whistle and the Willets.
Dog Whistle is a duo made up of Ania and Lena who play melodramatic pop based on simple melody, bass, guitar and keys. The charismatic artists full of humour perform with great style and create an unpretentious, funny atmosphere. When it comes to the Willets, it is a group of four girls inspired by classic rock’n’roll from the 60’s. They play simple garage, a bit psychedelic songs. The band were recognised by VICE, a popular Polish website related to modern culture, and described as one of the most interesting girlsbands of the Polish music scene.
