04.06.2016

We invite children to the world of imagination. Our place will turn into an area for having great fun. On this day, Nowy Teatr will become Neverland.

Along with Spotlight Kids, we invite everyone to all-day creative workshops with artists and educators combing visual arts with philosophy, literature, design and, of course, theatre.

On 4 June, in the yard in front of Nowy Teatr we will squint our eyes to imagine anything we want. We will look through a keyhole, which may be very small, but reveals colourful secrets and magical stories like nothing else. Because every story can be magical and there can always be someone behind every colourful dot. We will check how many new worlds can emerge at Nowy Teatr. We will go beyond the boundaries of imagination and travel to a whole new magical reality full of new impressions.

Spotlight Kids is a platform for promoting contemporary art. Art is a way of telling the world about yourself. Artists express themselves consciously, while children do it intuitively. The aim of Spotlight Kids is to encourage the little ones to express their feelings and impressions so that they will not be afraid of new experiences and know that everyone, no matter how different from us, has something interesting to say.
