A story about relations between one of the most famous psychiatrists ever, Carl Gustav Jung, and his patient, a woman unsuccessfully treated with electroshocks.
Jung applies a method considered experimental back then – psychoanalysis – in order to send the patient on a journey inside her. Things take an unexpected turn and the doctor-patient relationship quickly breaks out of control. Christopher Hampton, the author of the play about the beginnings of psychoanalysis, which is responsible for shaping modern way of thinking about the human beings, has won numerous awards, including the most important one – an Oscar for “Dangerous Liaisons”. Featuring Rafał Królikowski in the lead role.
