As part of the Topinambur project, conducted in the garden and kitchen of the Museum of King Jan III’s Palace at Wilanów, another culinary workshop will be held.
On 4 September, during the workshop “A bee with a moustache”, apart from traditional discussions on bees, the participants will have chance to taste various honey flavours.
Next, the host of the workshop and participants will use honey to prepare delicious, traditional Polish delicacies.
