The St Luke Passion under the baton of Kent Nagano at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre!
The world-famous American conductor Kent Nagano and Orchestre symphonique de Montréal will perform under the ICE Classic cycle on 18 July 2018.
At another ICE Classic concert, the outstanding conductor Kent Nagano will give a performance in the Auditory Hall of the ICE Kraków Congress Centre. Music lovers from the entire Poland cannot miss this show. 2018 marks the 85th birthday of one of the most amazing contemporary music composers – Krzysztof Penderecki, that’s why the concert will include his monumental and avant-garde “The St Luke Passion”.
This unique work will be performed by the famous Canadian Orchestre symphonique de Montréal under the baton of the aforementioned Kent Nagano.
The excellent international company will be supplemented by fantastic soloists – Sarah Wegener, Lucas Meachem, Matthew Rose – and singers of the Krakow Philharmonic Chorus and Warsaw Boys’ Choir.
