On 24 October, the first day of the festival, the organisers will focus on the language and its variety. The language, apart from the linguistic function, has the power to create the world. It reflects our ideas and cultural patterns.
Ryszard Koziołek, an acclaimed writer and literature specialist, and Michał Paweł Markowski the artistic director of the festival, literature expert and essayist, will talk about how reading affects us. The participants of the meeting “Literatura, czyli 18 wielbład” [Literature – 18 th camel] will find out how experiencing the reality becomes more intense thanks to reading. The meeting will be coordinated by Weronika Szewbs and Jakub Misuna.
