100th anniversary in November – Krakow celebrates the 100th anniversary of Poland’s independence

On 11 November 1918, Poland regained its independence after 123 years of occupation. In Krakow, this anniversary is unique. The city will not only commemorate the most important moments in history but also present tradition-related achievements of contemporary art, referring to the works of Ignacy Paderewski and Stanisław Wyspiański. A wide range of concerts has been prepared – from student’s clubs to experimental Audio Art festival.
